The Social Work Way was built by Matthew Davies, a practising social worker and Team Manager, after seeing the pressure that recording, admin and disconnected processes can place on practitioners.
It has always been shaped by the reality of frontline work. The visits, the conversations, the decisions, the recording and the need to stay present with children, families and adults who need support.
